Is this only for Flipping Millions graduates?+
Yes, the founding class is open to graduates of Flipping Millions and BWRE (Building Wealth in Real Estate). If you've completed the course, you're eligible. If you haven't yet, you can start at flippingmillions.com.
How is this different from the Flipping Millions course?+
Flipping Millions is an 8-week program with a start date and an end date. The Collective doesn't end. It's where you stay connected to Marci, keep learning from her real network, and build alongside women who are doing the same work, year after year, for as long as you're a member.
How much of Marci's time do I actually get?+
A lot, by design. Marci leads every monthly deep dive herself. The expert sessions she curates personally — these are the people in her actual network, not random speakers. And every quarter you sit down with her one-on-one to look at where you are and what's next. She's not building a course product here. She's building a room with you in mind that she wants to be in!
What does a typical month look like?+
One deep dive led by Marci — two hours, one critical topic, covered completely. Then two live expert sessions on that monthly topic with lenders, attorneys, tax strategists, and operators. And once a quarter, a field trip co-hosted by a member in their city, plus your scheduled 1:1 30-minute check-in with Marci.
What's the real time commitment?+
Plan for 4–6 hours a month if you attend everything. The monthly deep dive and your quarterly check-in with Marci are the anchors. Expert sessions are valuable but optional — you pick the ones that match where you are right now, and know that they are all recorded and available to you when you need them.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel?+
Founding membership is a twelve-month commitment. There’s a pay-in-full option and a monthly option — the founding-member details are shared privately once Marci has reviewed your application.
Are there refunds?+
No. The Collective is built on commitment, to the work, to each other, and to yourself. We're selective about who joins precisely because every member needs to be all in. That's what makes the room what it is!
What happens right after I join?+
Marci emails you personally within 24 hours. You'll schedule your private strategy session — that's your starting point: where you are now, what you're working toward, and how the Collective fits into your next 12 months. Then you're in the room!!!
