Flipping Millions teaches the mechanics of doing a flip. The Veranda Collective is the ongoing room — strategy, structure, multiplication — with Marci embedded long-term, not in a short cohort window.
What's the time commitment?+
About 6 hours per month of live content. Everything is recorded, so you can engage live when it fits or catch up on your schedule.
Why "founding member"?+
Founding pricing is locked at $10,000 for the inaugural cohort. It moves up before the next intake. Founding members also help shape what the Collective becomes.
Is the monthly plan a real subscription I can cancel?+
No — the monthly option is a 12-month commitment paid in twelve installments of $1,000. After 12 months you decide whether to renew.

None, by design. The Collective is an investment in a year of focused work, not a try-it-and-see purchase.
Do I need to be accredited?+
